This is What Wyoming Really Looks Like

These skies speak for themselves.



On our first trip out as full-timers last year we spent a lot more time than we had planned in Wyoming. Lusk, Wyoming, to be specific. A mechanical problem waylaid us in Lusk longer than we had planned, but we took advantage of the wide skies and open plains and got some great shots.

These skies speak for themselves.


Due to some mechanical difficulties, we found ourselves waylaid in Lusk, Wyoming for longer than we had planned. 



On our way last year from visiting Andrew’s mother in Fort Collins, Colorado, to our “bingo” point in Montana, we stopped in Lusk, Wyoming.

With two stoplights, an amazing pizza place, a fun wine bar, a well stocked hardware store, and a cool all-sundries store, Lusk is easily 50 miles from a Walmart – or civilization. We fell in love with this little isolated town.

Due to some mechanical difficulties, we found ourselves waylaid in Lusk, Wyoming for longer than we had planned. But we were not disappointed. Lusk proved to be a great home base for some great PHOTO DRIVES.
